If you can complete five qualifying paid Wyndham nights with the card, the separate 15,000-point bonus, Diamond status year one, anniversary points, and meal-delivery credit can make the $95 fee worthwhile. This is the strongest Wyndham card below the Premier for many loyalists.

The current 45,000 + 55,000 split rewards cardholders who spend $1,000 normally and then $500 at Wyndham within the first 180 days. The June 2026 revamp changed the offer and card benefits for new applicants, so pre-revamp 90K and 100K offers are useful history but not a direct comparison.

The Premier at $395 adds $400+ in annual credits, but only if you will use them
The Premier ($395) includes Diamond status every year, 30,000 anniversary points, a separate 30,000-point bonus after five qualifying paid nights, and $400+ in statement credits (hotel, wholesale, meal delivery, streaming, TSA/GE). It is a better deal than the Plus only if you will actually use the credits. Otherwise the Plus is the better keeper. As a general rule, never carry a balance on any rewards card.

The current post-revamp offer is 100,000 points; the prior documented Plus level was 90,000.
The June 17, 2026 revamp changed the Earner Plus offer, annual fee, earning rates, status, and benefits for new applicants. Pre-revamp offers remain useful history but may not be directly comparable. We found no dated public 85K Earner Plus record, and 120K belongs to the separate Earner Premier card.

100K is the current post-revamp offer, but the $500 Wyndham spend is required for the full amount.
The 100,000-point offer is the current public Plus offer after the June 2026 revamp. You receive 45,000 points from the initial $1,000 spend and the remaining 55,000 only after $500 in qualifying Wyndham purchases within 180 days. The older 90K and 100K offers used different pre-revamp terms.
Why someone may still apply
The separate keeper benefits matter more than the bonus after year one.
The 15,000 anniversary points, separate 15,000-point five-night bonus, Diamond status year one, 10% award discount, meal-delivery credit, and National Executive status are ongoing benefits. The five-night bonus is points—not a free-night certificate—and the anniversary points are a separate benefit.

15,000 points after 5 qualifying paid nights
After completing 5 qualifying paid nights at a 6X Wyndham property and charging those stays to the Earner Plus, cardholders receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points within 2–4 weeks. Those points can fund a 15,000-point free-night redemption, but this is a points bonus—not a free-night certificate.

- The qualifying stays must be booked and paid for with the Earner Plus.
- The 15,000-point bonus is capped once per calendar year.

Know the limits: The 5-night threshold must be met each year to earn the points. The benefit is not a certificate, and the points may not cover a 30,000-point redemption at higher-priced properties.

Diamond yr 1 Wyndham Diamond status year one, then Platinum
Cardholders receive Wyndham Diamond elite status in year one — Wyndham’s top tier, including suite upgrades subject to availability, a welcome amenity at select hotels, and top bonus earning. Thereafter, the card grants Platinum status.
Diamond is Wyndham’s highest published status tier. Platinum is a strong mid-upper tier. Both include benefits beyond the Gold status granted by the $0 Earner.
15,000 15,000 anniversary points each year
Each cardholder anniversary, cardholders earn 15,000 Wyndham Rewards points. This is separate from the 15,000-point bonus after five paid nights; the two benefits should not be combined into a single 30,000-point annual award.
15,000 Wyndham Rewards points are estimated at $105–$150 based on a 0.7–1.0 cent per-point value.
$50 Up to $50/year meal delivery credit
Cardholders can receive up to $50 in statement credits annually on eligible meal-delivery service purchases. A tangible ongoing benefit that further offsets the $95 fee.
Eligible services and terms are set by Barclays; enrollment or specific merchants may be required. The $50 is a cap, not a guarantee.
